June 22, 2026: VOC latency [Resolved]

On the 22nd of June, the VOC experienced significantly increased loading times that impacted partners. This issue was attributable to Cloudflare, a third-party security provider, and is now resolved for all Via Partners.

Current Status

VOC's in the Americas experienced extended loading times.

VOC loading times increased significantly for some users. The root cause was identified to be a third-party security tool, "Cloudflare". Via has deployed a fix that resolved the latency in the VOC. This fix was deployed within 30 minutes of Via's internal alerting showing increased latency in VOCs.

As of 16:15 UTC Cloudflare is still experiencing an outage, however it no longer impacts Via services. You can review Cloudflare's status page here.

15:45 UTC: Via has resolved the issue

Our engineers have now deployed a fix that should resolve the latency you experienced in the VOC.
This was related to a third-party security tool (Cloudflare) that experienced a worldwide outage. Via has now deployed a fix to reduce the impact of Cloudflare's issue, ensuring that your service can operate as normal.

We're aware that some VOC users are experiencing long loading times in their VOC. Our team is actively investigating the cause.
