You can manage your requests directly in the Help Center. You can view and respond to tickets from My activities. You can navigate to your tickets in the Help Center or directly from your VOC.
Navigating to my tickets
From the VOC
In the VOC, simply click Support, then Review My Tickets. Clicking Review My Tickets will automatically log you into the Help Center, where you can then view articles, submit requests, or view existing tickets.
From the Help Center
If you're logged into the Help Center, you can simply click the profile icon in the top right, then click My activities.
If you're not logged into the Help Center, please first log into your VOC, then under Support, click Review My Tickets.
Viewing a list of my tickets
In the My activities page of the Help Center, the first thing you'll see are the requests you've submitted in a list. You can also view any requests you've been CC'd on but haven't submitted by clicking the Requests I'm CC'd on tab.
Viewing specific tickets
From the list of tickets, you can click into any individual ticket in order to view responses and add comments to the ticket. You can also add CC's to your request to keep others informed of your request.
