Email verification is a security step that confirms your email belongs to you, ensuring Support requests to Via and Remix come from the right person. To ensure your requests are delivered, please sign into the Help Center through your VOC or Remix, then navigate to Submit A Ticket or Contact us.
Otherwise, you can verify your email address when you submit a request.
Why it matters
Email verification helps protect accounts from unauthorized requests and ensures tickets are routed correctly. Verification only occurs when submitting requests without being signed into the Help Center.
Verifying your email
You will need to verify your email anytime you submit a ticket without being signed into the Help Center. To ensure your request is delivered to the Via and Remix Support Teams:
Option 1 (preferred): Navigate to the Help Center through the VOC or through Remix to ensure you are logged in.

Option 2: Click the link sent to your email after submitting a request.
Please note: Support will not receive your request until you have verified your email address.
If you are not signed into the Help Center, you will receive an email with a link for verification after you submit a request.
Simply click the link to verify your email.
After verifying your email, your ticket will be delivered to Support. If you submit another request while you are not signed into the Help Center, you will need to verify your email address again.
