On the 24th of June, the VOC in the EU region is experiencing a visualization issue where Driver and Rider actions might not be visualized properly in the Ride Plan. This does not impact service operations and is a visual issue only. The Via engineering team is working on a resolution. This article will be kept up-to-date every 30 minutes.
Current Status
The Ride Plan in the EU region is experiencing a visualization issue that does not affect vehicle, rider, or driver operations.
The Ride Plan visualization for some partners is out of sync with on-the-road operations. This means that while rides are operating as normal, operators in the Ride Plan might see incorrect information. Operators can also see a growing list of unassigned rides that, if they try to assign to the ride plan, see the error "this ride is already assigned". This indicates the ride is being served.
