Clearing VOC cache and cookies is a quick troubleshooting step that can help resolve many VOC-related issues. Via Support may request that you clear your VOC cache and cookies as part of the troubleshooting process. Follow the steps below depending on which browser you use.
What are cache and cookies?
Cache and cookies are small files your browser saves to your device in order to help websites run efficiently and remember your preferences.
When you access a website, it may save certain elements to your cache to improve efficiency. This may include images, logos, and fonts, which may take longer to load when accessing them from the site every time.
Cookies are small text files which save information such as your login status or site settings. On other sites, this may include which items are in your shopping cart.
Clearing cache and cookies provides a quick reset of the site data on your browser, which helps troubleshoot any issues which could arise due to the saved data.
